作者魏源(2019)在《鲜食玉米果穗收获机茎叶除杂装置设计与试验》一文中研究指出:鲜食玉米以其香甜软糯的独特美味口感,丰富的营养物质备受人们喜爱。现如今的中国,鲜食玉米收获机械化发展水平也日益提升,但相关的研究多集中于割台上。经由割台收获上的玉米果穗中秸秆植株叶等杂质的含杂率往往过高,给后续的加工食用处理带来了极大的麻烦。现阶段多采用离心风机对其进行除杂,但是采用正压离心风机进行鲜食玉米除杂方案存在占用空间大、配置安装困难、作业易堵塞、杂物粉碎及回收效果差等问题。也有采用负压轴流除杂装置对制种玉米果穗进行除杂的,但其与鲜食玉米果穗茎叶的物理特性不同,该清选装置不适合含水量高的鲜食玉米除杂应用。所以,研究和设计适合鲜食玉米收获机的茎叶除杂装置,解决果穗含杂率高等问题,具有非常重要的实践意义。本文为解决鲜食玉米果穗收获中茎叶杂质较多的问题,通过对国内外鲜食玉米果穗收获机茎叶除杂装置研究成果进行分析和总结,设计了一种茎叶除杂装置。本研究结合物料力学测定、理论分析、虚拟样机设计、数值模拟、软件分析、台架试验优化等方法,完成关键技术的研究。为进一步研制鲜食玉米果穗收获机的应用提供参考。研究的主要内容及结论如下:(1)鲜食玉米的物理特性研究:主要选取京科糯2010、五彩糯和脆王三个鲜食玉米品种为研究对象,分别测定鲜食玉米秸秆的基础参数和力学特性参数,测定鲜食玉米果穗的基本物理参数,测量结果为后续鲜食玉米果穗收获机茎叶除杂装置的关键部件设计提供参考依据。(2)茎叶除杂装置的设计:阐述了茎叶除杂装置的总体结构及工作原理。通过设计计算分析确定了关键部件的主要结构参数和工作参数,运用SolidWorks绘图软件对装置三维实体建模,确定了茎叶除杂装置的总体设计方案,分析其工作原理。(3)茎叶除杂装置流场分析:运用ANSYS Fluent软件对茎叶除杂装置的流场进行数值模拟分析,建立湍流模型,求解得出其压力云图,速度矢量图和剪切率图,对其结果进行分析。综合优选得出周向四片风机叶片的茎叶除杂装置是最佳的,此时的流场稳定性最好,动平衡最佳,剪切率相对较大。台架试验结果表明,实测值和数值模拟值基本一致。(4)茎叶除杂装置关键部件有限元分析:运用ANSYS Workbench软件平台对关键部件(定刀动刀和风机叶轮轴总成)进行了仿真分析,对风机粉碎定刀动刀薄弱部件和风机叶轮轴总成进行有限元静力学仿真和模态分析。静力学分析结果表明定刀片与动刀片的薄弱环节的应力、应变集中在合理的范围内,满足强度校核;模态分析结果表明系统激振频率远小于风机叶轮轴总成的固有频率,发生共振可能性不大,作业的稳定性较佳。(5)茎叶除杂装置台架试验:以风机转速、动定刀重叠长度和物料输送速度为试验因素,以果穗含杂率和粉碎长度合格率为评价指标,对其进行试验研究,通过Design-Expert 6.0.10软件的优化模块,得到不同条件下除杂装置结构参数与运动参数的较佳组合,结果表明:对于成熟期的鲜食玉米,在风机转速1956~1998 r/min、动定刀重叠长度26.90~29.92 mm、物料输送速度0.59~0.83 m/s,相对应的试验指标果穗含杂率范围为0.56%~0.59%、粉碎长度合格率范围为88.59%~89.27%。为鲜食玉米果穗收获机茎叶除杂装置的设计生产提供指导。
Abstract
