作者陈中培(2019)在《飞秒激光制备YG6硬质合金微织构表面浸润性机理研究》一文中研究指出:高速切削中,表面微织构刀具能够提高润滑介质在刀具表面的浸润性,提高润滑效果,减少刀具磨损。本文采用飞秒激光加工硬质合金YG6表面,制备具有不同结构的微凹坑阵列,研究不同参数对微织构形貌的影响规律和表面浸润性机理,具体研究内容及结论如下:(1)运用经典损伤阈值计算方法,研究了飞秒激光加工YG6表面的累积效应。结果表明:随着脉冲数增加,YG6表面损伤阈值逐渐降低,呈现明显的累积效应;试验得到多脉冲损伤阈值和损伤直径的表达式,其中累积系数为0.84±0.02,单脉冲损伤阈值为1.14±0.06J/cm~2。(2)研究飞秒激光不同平均功率、脉冲数和微凹坑间距对锥形微凹坑阵列表面形貌和接触角的影响规律,建立表面几何模型,基于Wenzel状态理论分析微凹坑形貌对表面接触角的影响机理。结果表明:随着平均功率和脉冲数的提高,微凹坑直径满足损伤直径表达式,深度呈线性增长后逐渐变缓,表面接触角呈减小趋势;随着微凹坑间距增大,表面接触角逐渐增大。模型分析结果表明:改变平均功率、脉冲数和微凹坑间距条件下,表面接触角与Wenzel理论接触角满足同一Slogistic曲线关系,拟合曲线得到接触角方程,方程建立了表面接触角与微凹坑直径、深度和间距之间的定量关系,解释了改变激光平均功率、脉冲数和微凹坑间距时微凹坑形貌对表面接触角的影响规律。(3)研究飞秒激光平均功率和扫描次数对柱形微凹坑形貌的影响,以及微凹坑分布密度和单个微凹坑面积对正方形,圆形,正三角形,正六边形四种柱形微凹坑阵列表面接触角的影响规律,建立表面几何模型,基于Wenzel状态理论分析表面形貌对接触角的影响机理。结果表明:平均功率低于200mW微凹坑孔型较好,孔深与扫描次数呈线性关系。四种表面接触角随微凹坑分布密度增大而减小,随单个微凹坑面积增大而增大,且浸润性优劣顺序均为正三角形,正方形,正六边形,圆形。模型分析结果表明,改变微凹坑分布密度和单个微凹坑面积条件下,四种表面接触角与Wenzel理论接触角近似满足同一Slogistic曲线关系,通过拟合曲线得到表面接触角方程,方程建立了接触角与微凹坑分布密度和单个微凹坑面积的定量关系,解释了四种表面接触角随微凹坑结构参数的变化趋势以及表面浸润性的优劣关系。
